2.1. Appointment Changes
If you need to reschedule or cancel a service appointment, please notify us within the stipulated time to avoid any inconvenience.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for our services is due upon completion of the maintenance work. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer, credit card, and cash.
Late payments may incur additional charges. Clients are encouraged to adhere to the payment schedule to ensure uninterrupted service.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide clear access to the garden area and ensure that the site is free from any hazards that could impede our work. It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any specific garden conditions or areas that require special attention.
4.1. Site Preparation
Clients should ensure that pets are secured and that any delicate or valuable items are moved to prevent accidental damage during maintenance activities.
5. Liability and Insurance
We are fully insured to cover any accidental damage that may occur during the provision of our services. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or issues within the garden
- Damage caused by third parties
- Natural events such as storms, floods, or pest infestations
Clients are advised to have their own insurance for high-value plants and garden structures.
6. Health and Safety
Our team adheres to strict health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for both our staff and clients. This includes the proper handling of tools and chemicals, as well as maintaining a clean and organized worksite.
6.1. Compliance

7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of 30 days. In the event of termination, clients are responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
7.1. Immediate Termination
In cases of breach of terms or unsatisfactory performance, services may be terminated immediately with appropriate notice.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as per local laws.
9. Amendments to Terms
